3.1 THE HOT PLATE
Warning !
When any crack is visible on the hot plate, disconnect the appliance from the
electrical mains immediately and call a person authorised to perform repairs.

• We recommend to turn off the hot plate 5 to 10 minutes before the dish is ready,
which allows you to use the heat accumulated in the hot plate.

• The power of the hot plate is regulated with a 7-position
selector knob. Such control allows for the correct and
economical regulation of heat transfer to the dish.
• On the knob, which may be freely turned in both directions,
there are numerical designations from 1 to 6 (Fig. 3). These
positions correspond to the particular power of the hot plate.
