Service Bulletin for DB30 Mini Bike
The purpose of this service bulletin is to provide instructions on pinpointing and fixing
any leaking carburetors when filled with gasoline for the first time.
Locate Carburetor (A) on Mini Bike. If fuel is
leaking turn fuel valve to "OFF" position.
Fuel hose not hooked up:
Check to make sure fuel line (B) is attached to
both gas tank and carburetor. Check fuel line
for leaks.
Bolts loose or missing from
bottom of bowl:
Locate bolts (C) on bottom of carburetor bowl
(D). Check to make sure fuel is not leaking
out of these points. If fuel is leaking, tighten
bolts snug.
Carburetor float stuck:
If gas is still leaking out of the carburetor,
after the above points have been checked, it
may be the float located inside the carbure-
tor is stuck causing gasoline to flow out the
overflow gap.
Check float and needle valve
sticking by following instructions listed.
1. Remove air filter by removing nuts (E)
and sliding off air filter (F)
