Quick & Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Total Time: 15 min. (can slow cook/ simmer for more flavor depth)
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup red wine
28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste tablespoon honey or sugar
1 teaspoon each of oregano, basil, and thyme (or 1 tablespoon Italian
seasoning)
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium high heat and sauté the garlic for
one minute.
2. Add wine and simmer for 2 minutes, or until wine has reduced by half.
3.Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Taste and adjust seasonings if
necessary.
Homemade Bianca Sauce
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Enough Sauce for 2 Pizzas
Ingredients
1 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
1⁄2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shredded
Directions
1.Heat butter in a small saucepan. Add flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.
2.Slowly whisk in milk, adding gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients. Will
thicken upon standing.
To start baking Homemade Fresh Baked Pizzas:
Roll out your homemade pizza dough into your desired size (up to 12").
Place desired amount of sauce, careful to not place too much or your pizza will not cook
thoroughly. Make sure to leave about 1" around the edges clear of sauce for the crust.

new ideas!

Homemade Pizza Sauce
Homemade Pizza Dough, thin to medium crust
1. Roll out your pizza dough and add sauce. Place mozzarella slices on the pizza, spread
out about 2 inches from each other. Bake the pizza according to the Cook Time Chart.
Sprinkle fresh basil on top of the baked pizza. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Bianca Sauce, or Alfredo Sauce
Shredded chicken
Parmesan & Mozzarella (shredded)
Spinach
Bacon (chopped, optional)
Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Onion, Bacon, and Spinach
Red Onion, caramelized with balsamic vinegar
Spinach
Fully cooked Bacon, cut in 1" slices
Shredded Mozzarella
Shredded Parmesan
Salt & Pepper to taste
Try drizzling Balsamic and Olive oil when the pizza is finished!
