1 Year Limited Warranty
Course Housewares, LLC warrants this Cook's Companion® Pizza Oven product to be free
from manufacturer defect for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. If a defect is
found to exist, Course Housewares will, at its option, either repair or replace the product or
the defective component, including labor. Replacement will be made with new or rebuilt
product or components. This warranty does NOT cover (a) ordinary wear and tear (such as
scratches, chips or stains), (b) impact damage or breakage, (c) heat discoloration, minor
imperfections and slight color variations in the enamel, metals or glass, which are a normal
part of the craftsmanship, (d) extreme temperature or resulting damage to the Pizza Oven
and included pizza pan, (e) improper cleaning methods causing scratches, or (f) accessories,
even if sold with the cookware, (g) any unit that has been tampered with, (h) damages
incurred through improper use and care and (i) faulty packaging by you or mishandling by any
common carrier. Failure to follow the accompanying Care and Use instructions or commercial
use will void this warranty.
Course Housewares' sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited
to repair or replacement, at its option, of the defective cookware. You will be responsible for
any shipping and handling fees. Products returned to us that are not found to be defective in
material or workmanship will be returned to you. If your particular product is found defective
but is no longer available and cannot be repaired, a comparable product, at our discretion,
will be sent as a replacement. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser,
US residents only and does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidental damage.
This warranty covers the Pizza Oven and the included pizza pan only.
COURSE HOUSEWARES, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
REGARDING THE PRODUCT OR RELATING TO ITS QUALITY. PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE HOUSEWARES, LLC
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHETHER A
CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, IN NO EVENT WILL
LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OFTHE PRODUCT. THE DURATION OF ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. COURSE HOUSEWARES SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

  • Page 2 WARNINGS: GETTING STARTED: Before using, remove any labels and wash and dry the removable pan in accordance with the care and use instructions. CARE & USE • Always make sure to place your Pizza Oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant cooking surface cleared of any flammable material (cloths, oven mitts, plastic/ wood utensils, etc.) at all times. Always keep the Pizza Oven away from any other gas/electric burner, ovens, and stovetop. Never place your Pizza Oven directly underneath your kitchen cabinets or other potentially flammable environment, as the top of the Pizza Oven will get very hot while operating. • The pizza oven requires a voltage of AC120V-60Hz/ 1200W, before plugging your Pizza Oven into the outlet ensure that your outlet is compatible and all settings on the Pizza Oven are set on the lowest setting. • Do not use an extension cord unless the electrical plug can be fully Pizza Oven PFOA Free Stick Resistant Pizza Pan inserted into the extension cord. Before attempting to plug the Pizza Oven into an extension cord, make sure the extension cord is of equal or greater electrical rating of the Pizza Oven (located on the bottom of the Oven). • Your Pizza Oven electrical cord is equipped with a polarized plug that helps to reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire. It will fit into a polarized plug only one way. If it does not fit at first, try placing the plug in the opposite way. Never force the plug into an outlet. • Do not submerge your pizza oven in water or spray water/ cleaner into the pizza oven as this could be dangerous and also damage the pizza oven. This will void your warranty.
  • Page 3 To clean the Pizza Oven, let the oven cool completely and unplug the pizza oven from the outlet. Once the Pizza Oven is completely cool, take a damp cloth (wringing out excess water) and gently wipe down the interior of the pizza oven. Ensure the Pizza Oven is completely dry before using. To clean the Pizza Pan, let the pan cool completely. Remove your Pizza Pan from your Pizza Oven, once cooled. While the Pizza Pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended and will prolong the pan’s original appearance. When hand washing the Pizza Pan, use a soft towel or sponge and wash with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners, steel wool or other abrasive cleaning pads. It is recommended that you use tools made of silicone, nylon, wood or melamine to protect the luster of the pizza pans surface. Use caution when handling or transferring the Pizza Oven and Pizza Pan, PFOA FREE Stick Resistant Pizza Pan impact will cause chipping or other damage and will void the warranty. Always use extreme caution when handling the Pizza Oven and Pizza Pan, and keep out of reach of children at all times. Ensure that the electrical cord is not hanging off of the counter or in an area that could easily be Pizza Oven Handle pulled on or tripped over, as this could be a safety hazard.
