HOW TO USE YOUR PIZZA OVEN:
Start with placing your favorite 12" homemade or un-wrapped frozen pizza onto
your stick resistant Pizza Pan.
Place the Pizza Pan on to the Baking Rotator, and plug in your Pizza Oven to
begin operating.
Note: NO PRE-HEATING NECCESSARY
Set the Adjustable Timer & Baking Control to the correct setting by turning the
controls clockwise to desired time and temperature. See Chart below.

Make sure to check on your pizza at the minimum listed time above to ensure your
pizza does not burn.
When your Pizza is baked to perfection the Adjustable Timer will move to "0" and
you will hear a bell noise. The Pizza Pan will stop rotating. Only open your Pizza
Oven by using the Pizza Oven Handle. Make sure to wear oven mitts when
removing your pizza from the Pizza Oven.
When removing the fresh baked pizza from your Pizza Pan, make sure to use non-
metal utensils and never cut the pizza directly on your stick resistant Pizza Pan.
Always remove the pizza from the Pizza Pan before cutting. (We recommend the
Cook's Companion® Pizza Accessory Set)

PIZZA OVEN RECIPES
Super Easy Homemade Pizza Dough
Total Time: 15min. (or more depending on crust)
Makes about 2-3 12" Pizzas, depending on crust.
Ingredients
1½ cups Warm Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
⅓ cup Olive Oil
4 cups Flour
2¼ tsp Yeast
Directions
1. Mix 1½ cups warm water pour sugar and yeast; let yeast activate for 5 minutes
or until becomes frothy.
2. In the bowl of your mixer, add the flour and salt and mix. Add the olive oil and
using the dough hook, mix for about a min.
3. Add the yeast combo to the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated. Shape
the dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl, rubbing oil on the dough as well,
cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. If you're not using the dough right away,
you can also freeze it.
SUPER EASY PIZZA DOUGH TIP:
For a thicker crust, let the dough rise for an hour or more.
Homemade Pesto
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Enough for 2 Pizzas
Ingredients
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino cheese
Directions
1. Mix the basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, and ½ cup of olive oil in a food processor
until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste.
2. Remove the mixture from the food processor and put into a mixing bowl with the
cheese and remaining olive oil. Spread on Pizza Dough as desired, either freeze the
remaining or use as a dipping sauce.
