    BEFORE FIRST USE Remove all packaging materials. Locate all included parts before discarding the box. Wipe the outside of the unit with a soft cloth. SETTING UP FOR SOUS VIDE Prepare food for sous vide by seasoning then place in a vacuum sealed pouch. NOTE: Food must always be placed in a vacuumed sealed pouch.

    USING THE APPLIANCE 1. Plug the unit in. The Start/Stop button will illuminate and beep. Press the start/stop button for 3 seconds to start the unit. The display will show the default temperature of 133°F. 2. Press the time button to adjust the time, it will flash and then press plus or minus to adjust.
  • Page 6 CLEANING Clean after every use. 1. 1. Unplug the unit and allow to completely cool before cleaning. CAUTION: Do not immerse the cord or upper housing in water or other liquid. 2. Remove excess food and oil with a clean cloth. Clean the lower housing with hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
