    CONTROL PANEL 1. Indicates which heating elements are working. 2. Displays remaining cooking time in hours and minutes. 3. Timer range 0 to 4 hours. 4. Turns center element on and off. 5. Default low heat is 300°F and High is 500°F 6.

    ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY POULTRY ACCESSORY Before Placing Poultry • Remove giblets, pat dry and season. • Spray accessories with cooking oil. • Position the poultry over the top rack. The legs and wings should hang downward on the top rack. • The heating element will be through the heating element cover.

    BEFORE FIRST USE Remove all packaging materials. Locate all included parts before discarding the box. The accessories can be placed in the dishwasher. Wipe the inside and outside of the unit with a soM cloth. USING THE APPLIANCE Place unit on a level surface. Plug cord into an electrical outlet.
