Turning on the Calibrator

Warning
The Calibrator is capable of supplying
lethal voltages. Do not make
connections to the output terminals
when any voltage is present. Placing
the Calibrator in standby may not be
enough to avoid shock hazard, since

the key could be pressed

accidentally. Press the key and
verify that the Calibrator is in standby
before making connections to the
output terminals.
Warning
To avoid electric shock, make sure the
Calibrator is safely grounded as
described in "Connecting to Line
Power."
Caution
Before turning the Calibrator on, make
sure that the line voltage selection is
set properly. Refer to "Selecting Line
Voltage."
