6. Care and maintenance

The maintenance of the Axis Backrest is essential; therefore you will extend
its lifetime and ensure its safety. Physipro recommends that the Axis Backrest
be checked for wear and tear every 6 months. Make sure that the laterals
are fastened properly when receiving and verify it each week. Do not
continue to use the system after identifying loose or broken components.
Cleaning
Outer cover
Wipe down the outer cover with a soft cloth, warm soap and water. The outer
cover can be machine washed in warm water on a gentle cycle.
Air dry the outer cover.
NOTE
Remove the foam from inside the cover prior to machine washing

The foam core may be washed by hand with light soap and water

Strap Assembly
Wipe down strap assembly as needed using light soap and warm water.
NOTE
Do not machine wash the strap assembly.

