Replacing the I/O board

Procedure

Place the I/O board on the palm-rest assembly.

Align the screw hole on the I/O board with the screw hole on the palm-
rest assembly.

Replace the screw that secures the I/O board to the palm-rest assembly.

Connect the power and volume-buttons board-cable and coin-cell
battery-cable to the I/O board.

Connect the I/O-board cable to the I/O board.
6
Adhere the tape that secures the power and volume-buttons board-cable
to the palm-rest assembly.
7
Adhere the tape that secures the I/O-board cable to the I/O board.
