Problem
Shaver stopped
functioning.
The driving sound
changes while shaving.
The power will not switch
to OFF.
►When the STATUS lamp glows
Problem
It is time to replace the
cleaning liquid.
The cleaning liquid unit is
not properly attached.
The self-cleaning
recharger is tilted.
Use the self-cleaning
recharger outside the
range of the recommended
usage temperature.
After performing the above operation, press the SELECT button
and select a mode.

Action
Recommended ambient
temperature for operation is
5 – 35 °C. The shaver may stop
functioning when out of
recommended ambient
temperature range.
The battery has reached the end
of its life.
While the shaving sensor lamp
glows, the shaving sensor is
operating. The sound changes
depending on the beard thickness.
Press the power switch twice
while using in the shaving sensor
mode.
Action
Pour new water and detergent
into the cleaning liquid unit.
Properly attach the cleaning liquid
unit.
Place the self-cleaning recharger
on a horizontal surface.
Use within the recommended
temperature range of 15 – 35 °C.
►When all self-cleaning recharger's lamps blink
Problem
Contact an authorized service
Device failure
center.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you
purchased the unit or a service center authorised by Panasonic for
repair.
► When the upper casing of the travel case gets dislodged
Attach the upper casing through the
following steps:
1. Match the mounting parts of the upper
casing (a) and lower casing (b) as
shown in the figure to the right.
You cannot join the two
casings together if you
match the upper and
lower casings at the
mounting portion near
the button (c) first.
2. Push the lower casing towards the
direction of the arrow.

Battery life

The life of the battery is 3 years if charged approximately once
every two weeks. The battery in this shaver is not intended to be
replaced by consumers. Have the battery replaced by an
authorized service center.
