Using the Phonebook

Phonebook Copy

You can copy the information in the phonebook between the handsets registered in the same base
unit. The phonebook copy must be operated in intercom mode (see page 66).
Ex. Handset 2 is coping the phonebook to Handset 1 during an intercom call.
To copy the specified item in
the phonebook
Handset 1 (Receiver):

During an intercom call, press

Press or
to "Recv Phonebook", then press
"Copy Proceeding" is on the display.
Handset 2 (Sender):

Press .

Press or
to "Send Phonebook", then press
The phonebook is displayed.

is displayed, then press

to "Copy Entry", then press
"Copy Proceeding" is on the display
and the selected information is copied.
After copying is completed, a beep sounds
and "Copy Complete" is displayed.
After a few seconds, the display will return
to the intercom call.

To copy all the items in the
phonebook
Handset 1 (Receiver):

"Copy Proceeding" is on the display.
Handset 2 (Sender):

Follow steps 1 to 3 for Handset 2 of the
left column.

to "Copy Forward", then press
"Copy Proceeding" is on the display
and all forwarded information in the
phonebook is copied.
After copying is completed, a beep sounds
and "Copy Complete" is displayed.
After a few seconds, the display will return
to intercom call.
If "Copy Incomplete" is displayed, the
receiver handset memory is ful before copying
is completed.
If "Copy Failure" is displayed, the receiver
and/or sender did not prepare for copying
within 60 seconds.
