Standardmodus/Heading Lock Modus
- Im Standardmodus wirkt das Gyro-System äusseren Stö-
reinflüssen auf die Steuerung entgegen, indem es den An-
stellwinkel der Heckrotorblätter verändert. Es sorgt außer-
dem dafür, dass die Drehbewegung direkt proportional zum
Steuerhebelausschlag bleibt.
- Im Heading Lock Modus bewirkt das Gyro System außer der
Dämpfung der Drehbewegung eine Rückstellung des Mo-
dells in die ursprünglich vorgegebene Richtung.
Kalibrierung des Gyro
Das Gyro kalibriert sich selbst, sobald der Flug-
akku angesteckt wird. Während der Kalibrierung
blinkt die LED. Bewegen Sie den Heli nicht, bis
der Vorgang beendet ist und die LED dauerhaft
leuchtet. Dies dauert einige Sekunden.

vom Empfänger und starten Sie die
Kalibrierung neu.
- Stellen Sie fest, ob sich Ihr Sender im Standardmodus oder
Heading Lock Modus befindet, indem Sie kurz vollen Ruder-
ausschlag geben.
Im Standardmodus wird das Servo rasch in die Neutralstel-
lung zurückgehen, im Heading Lock Modus wird es versu-
chen, den vollen Ruderausschlag beizubehalten.
Eintrimmen des Helikopters
- Entfernen Sie sich mindestens 2 m von dem Modell, das
Heck zeigt in Ihre Richtung.
- Bewegen Sie den Gas/Pitch-Hebel (den linken Fernsteuer-
hebel) langsam nach vorne, bis das Kufenlandegestell nur
noch leicht den Boden berührt. Kurz bevor der Helikopter zu
schweben beginnt, können Sie bereits erkennen, in welche
Richtung sich Ihr Modell bewegen möchte.
- Nehmen Sie die Drehzahl wieder zurück und korrigieren Sie
den jeweiligen Trimmschieber.
- Überprüfen Sie nach jeder Korrektur, ob die Korrektur aus-
gereicht hat und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang so oft, bis das
Modell stabil in Position bleibt.
- Will sich der Helikopter mit der Rumpfspitze nach rechts dre-
hen, schieben Sie den Trimmschieber für die Heck-Funktion
schrittweise nach links.
- Dreht sich die Rumpfspitze nach links, ist eine entspre-
chende Trimmkorrektur nach rechts durchzuführen.

Standard Mode / Heading Lock Mode
- In the Standard Mode, the gyro system counteracts external
perturbing influences on the control system by changing the
tail rotor blades' angle of attack. In addition, it also makes
sure the rotary motion remains directly proportional to the
deflection of the control lever.
- In the Heading Lock Mode, in addition to dampening the rota-
ry motion, the gyro system also causes the model to be reset
in the original direction given.
Calibration of the Gyro
The gyro calibrates itself as soon as the flight
battery is plugged in. The LED blinks during
calibration. Do not move the chopper until this
procedure has finished and the LED lights up
constantly. This takes several seconds.

Disconnect the flight battery from the recei-
ver and to restart the calibration.
- Determine whether your transmitter is in the Standard Mode
or the Heading Lock Mode by briefly giving full rudder deflec-
tion.
In the Standard Mode, the servo will rapidly return to the
neutral position, and in the Heading Lock Mode it will attempt
to maintain the full rudder deflection.
Trimming the helicopter
- Keep a distance of at least 2 m between you and the model,
the rudder should point in your direction.
- Push the rudder lever (the left remote-controlled lever) slowly
forward till the skid landing gear touches the ground slightly.
So you will know just before lifting whether the model will drift
in a particular direction.
- Reduce the speed once again and rectify the steering trim.
- After every correction, check whether the correction was suf-
ficient and repeat this till the model remains stable in one
position.
- If the helicopter wants to turn to the right with the tip of the
fuselage, push the steering trim for the rudder function gra-
dually to the left.
- If the tip of the fuselage turns to the left, make a correspon-
ding right trim adjustment.
- If the helicopter drifts to the left or right, adjust the trimming
of the aileron function (right remote-controlled lever) to the
right or left.
