PROBLEM
ISO side rich; lack of RES side.
RES side rich; lack of ISO side.
Tank level sensor does not sense
empty tank (indicator LED on control
panel never blinks).
Tank level sensor does not sense full
tank (indicator LED on control panel
always blinking).

ISO side gauge is low.
RES side gauge is low.
ISO side gauge is low.

Material build up.
LED wires disconnected inside con-
trol panel.
Tank level sensor sensitivity is too
high.
Tank level sensor is too far away
from tank.
Sensor wires disconnected.
Tank level sensor sensitivity is too
low.
Troubleshooting
SOLUTION
RES side restriction downstream of
gauge. Check gun check valve
screen, mix module, or mix manifold
restrictor.
RES side material supply problem.
Check RES side inlet strainer and
pump intake valve.
ISO side material supply problem.
Check ISO side inlet strainer and
pump intake valve.
ISO side restriction downstream of
gauge. Check gun check valve
screen, mix module, or mix manifold
restrictor.
Flush and clean inside of tanks.
Clean outside of sensor and
recessed area on tank.
Reconnect LED wires.
Reset tank fluid level sensor sensitiv-
ity, page 57.
Check position of both tank level sen-
sors. See Tank Fluid Level Sen-
sors, page 56.
Reconnect sensor wires in display
panel.
Reset tank fluid level sensor sensitiv-
ity, page 57.
