SETTINGS

SECURITY

Prevents unauthorized use of your phone. The following settings can be
restricted:

LOCK PHONE

Prevents the phone from being used without entering the
password first.
1.
Press [Menu], then press
Press "Security". Enter your password.
• The default Lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
2.
Press "Lock Phone".
3.
Select "Lock Now", "Power Up"or "Unlock." When the phone is
locked, will appear in the top row of the display.
• Lock Now: Lock the phone now.
• Power Up: Do not lock the phone now, but automatically lock when power is
recycled.
• Unlock: Do not lock the phone.
4.
Press the Left Soft Key [Save] to save the setting.

CHANGE LOCK
Changes your 4-digit password.
1.
Press [Menu], then press
Press "Security". Enter your password.
• The default Lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
2.
Press "Change Lock".
3.
Enter your lock code.
4.
"Enter New Lock Code" screen appears. Enter your new lock code.
5.
"Enter New Lock Code Again" screen appears. Enter your new lock
code again.
RESTRICT
1.
Press [Menu], then press
Press "Security". Enter your password.
• The default Lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
2.
Press "Restrict".
3.
Select "Allow All", "7Digit Dial Allow", "Contacts Allow",
"Restricted All", "Contacts Restrict", "Speed Dial (1~10) Allow", or
Speed Dial (1~50) Allow", then press the Left Soft Key
save the setting.
