ThisChokingCenterhas a built-in
exhaustsystemequippedwitha
damper,a two-speedexhaust
bloweraid removablefilters.
Exhaustopeningsare locatedover
cookingtopand in hoodoveroven.
The exhaustsystemfunctionsonly
whenthebloweris operating.The
switchfor the exhaustsystemis
beneaththecontrolpanel.For high
speed,pushswitchonce;for low
speed,push switchtwice;andto
stopMower, p ush switchonce
in sequence.
Whenbloweris operatingandhood
overovenis c~osed, i t exhaustsover
surfaceunitsonly.Whenblower
operateswithhood in openposition,
it exhauststhroughopeningsover
surfaceunitsand overovenat the
sametime.

Filtersare removable for cleaning.

adjacentto the filters.
Todean, agitatein hot detergent
solution.Lightbrushingmaybe
usedto helpremoveimbeddedsoil
anddust. Withcarefuluse and
handling,filterswilllast for years.

Placefingerson eachsideat
bottomof filter.Pressfilterto left
untilit clearstheholderon right
side,thenremove.Whenclean,
replace.Pushfiiteragainstclipat
leftandpressleftuntilfilterclears
holderat rightside.Pushfilter
towardopeningandreleaseso it
slipsbehindholder.
