9. Troubleshooting
Problems
The function does not run or
cannot be used.
Paper is bent.
The print image is not properly
positioned on the paper.

Paper delivered to the high
capacity stacker is curled,
causing it to not align properly.

Causes
The function cannot be
performed while the Address
Book is being backed up from
Web Image Monitor or other
tools running on the computer.
Paper may be bent when it is
ejected from the finisher upper
tray.
The machine has not detected
the paper type and/or width
correctly.
The print position is not aligned
properly.
Paper is curled.
Solutions
Wait a while. When the
Address Book backup is
complete, the function will be
performed.
Change the output tray to the
finisher shift tray.
