Warning

It is extremely dangerous to swallow batteries. Batteries and battery
operated products should therefore be kept out of children's reach.
The sensor transmitter is drip proof but should be mounted where it is not exposed
to rain or direct sunlight.
Do not use abrasive or strong cleaning agents on the transmitter or weather
station, its exterior could be damaged and electronic components could rust.
Do not expose the sensor transmitter to too low a temperature; it will lower the
range and capacitance of the batteries. Too high a temperature will also have a
negative affect on the batteries.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The temperature read-
ing on the weather sta-
tion and the transmitter
are different.
The temperature read-
ing from the outdoor
sensor seems to be too
high.
The weather station is
not displaying readings
from the sensor and
the weather forecast
symbols are not
changing.
- Wait 1 or 2 minutes to make sure that the
transmitter and the weather station have "found"
each other, if not they should be synchronised:
Press [Alarm/Channel] for 3 seconds until a beep
is heard.
- Make sure that the transmitter's external sensor is
not exposed to direct sunlight or other heat source.
- Press [Alarm/Channel] for 3 seconds until a beep
is heard.
- The temperature could be outside the measuring
range (under -30˚C).
- The transmitter's batteries might need replacing.
- Move the transmitter closer to the weather station.
- Move the transmitter away from source of electrical
interference such as TVs, computers etc.
- Other wireless products such as garage openers,
alarms, earphones, can cause temporary
interference but the temperature readings from
the sensor should be able to be received once the
interference stops.
