- Page 2 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION The RR-910D-SL operates as half of a transmitter / receiver pair for the transmission of one channel of a high performance 10 bit digital NTSC, PAL, RS170, or RS343 video signal. The RR-910D-SL is designed to operate with the RT-910D-SL video transmitter over one singlemode fiber optic cable.
