PAN FBACK ERROR
Pan feedback error: unable to correct pan position.
TILT FBACK ERROR
Tilt feedback error: unable to correct tilt position.
FOCUS ERROR
Zoom position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but zoom may lose position and hit
mechanical stop.
HEAD TMP CUT OFF
One or more of the PCB's in the head has reported a temperature above the permitted maximum for
more than 5 minutes. Lamp shut down. A fan may be defective or the ambient temperature may be
too high.
HEAD TMP SEN ERR
A head temperature sensor is not communicating normally. Fans set to full speed.
IRIS ERROR
Iris position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but iris may lose position and hit
mechanical stop.
LAMP ERROR
Lamp sensing circuit is not detecting light at power on or has detected sudden loss of light. Lamp is
defective or has exploded, is missing, or cannot strike. Pan and tilt are locked. DMX control is
disabled. Fixture cannot be reset by DMX.
LEFT FROST ERROR
Left-side frost position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but frost filter may lose
position and hit mechanical stop.
LIGHT SENSOR
Light sensor circuit error. Sensor is detecting light but a lamp on command has not been given.
LAMP TMP CUT OFF
A lamp temperature sensor has reported a temperature above the permitted maximum for more
than 5 minutes. Lamp shut down. A fan may be defective or the ambient temperature may be too
high.
LAMP TMP SEN ERR
A lamp temperature sensor is not communicating normally. Fans set to full speed.
MAGENTA ERROR
Magenta position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but magenta flags may lose
position and hit mechanical stop.
MAINS LOW
Input voltage on electronic ballast is too low. It may be impossible to strike lamp.
ONBOARD PROG ERR
