SIP Settings - Session Timer
Enables periodic refresh of SIP session via a SIP request (UPDATE, or re-INVITE). When
Session Expiration
the session interval expires and there is no refresh via an UPDATE or re-INVITE message,
the session will be terminated.
Session Expiration is the time (in seconds) at which the session is considered timed out, if
no successful session refresh transaction occurs beforehand. Default is 180 seconds.
Min-SE
Defines Minimum session expiration (in seconds). Default is 90 seconds.
Caller Request Timer
Uses session timer when making outbound calls if remote party supports it. Default is No.
Callee Request Timer
Uses session timer when receiving inbound calls with session timer request. Default is No.
Uses session timer even if the remote party does not support this feature. Selecting "No" will
Force Timer
enable session timer only when the remote party supports it. Default is No.
To turn off Session Timer, select "No" for Caller Request Timer, Callee Request Timer, and
Force Timer.
Disabled: Will use "SIP User ID" information in the Request-Line and "From" header.
User=Phone: "User=Phone" parameter will be attached to the Request-Line and
"From" header in the SIP request to indicate the E.164 number. If set to "Enable".
Enabled: "Tel:" will be used instead of "sip:" in the SIP request.
