By lifting the complete heater it is possible to remove
the chamber.
To dismantle the chamber it is necessary to secure
it to a blocking device, and using a 25 mm. long-
reach socket spanner, unscrew the locknut (2).
Remove the membrane (4).
To remove the valve (9) unscrew the cover (11)
from the F.A.P. PRESSER and remove the spring
(10).
To reassemble the chamber position the F.A.P.
PRESSER (8), and the spring (6), in its seat paying
particular attention to the spring-end position-point
shown in the figure.
Lubricate the inside of the new membrane with
vaseline.
Assemble the lower disc (5), the new membrane
(4), the upper disc (3), and the nut (2).
Completely tighten the nut using the special
equipment.
Complete the chamber inserting the new valve and
spring, tightening the plug with a screwdriver edge.
