Before using for the first time

Packaging material
 Remove all packaging material from
the inside of the appliance.
Protective foil
The stainless steel trim to the interior
shelves and the door shelves has a
layer of protective foil to prevent
scratching during transportation.
 Carefully remove the protective foil
from the stainless steel trim.
Cleaning and care
Please refer to the relevant instruc-
tions in "Cleaning and care".
Tip: We recommend treating stainless
steel surfaces with the Miele stainless
steel conditioning agent immediately
after removing the protective foil (see
"Accessories - Optional accessories").
Important. Each time it is used, the
Miele stainless steel conditioning
agent forms a water and dirt repellant
protective coating.
 Clean the inside of the appliance and
the accessories.

Accessories
- Bottle holder
The flexible ribs grip the bottles se-
curely when the door is opened and
closed.
 Attach the bottle holder centrally
along the rear edge of the bottle
shelf, as shown.
