Door Alarm; Switching The Door Alarm Off Early - Miele K 34472 iD Operating And Installation Instructions

The appliance is fitted with a warning
system to avoid increased energy con-
sumption and food becoming warm if
the door is left open.
The alarm will sound if the door is left
open for a long time. The alarm sym-
bol  will light up.
The period of time before the door
alarm sounds is 2 minutes (default set-
ting) or 4 minutes, depending on the
setting selected. The door alarm can
also be switched off (see "Selecting fur-
ther settings - Audible tones").
The alarm will stop and the alarm sym-
bol  will go out as soon as the door
is closed.
If the audible tone does not sound in
the event of a door alarm, then the
audible tone has been switched off in
settings mode (see "Selecting further
settings - Audible tones").

If the noise disturbs you, you can
switch the alarm off if you wish.
 Touch the sensor for switching off the

door alarm.

The alarm sound will stop.
The alarm symbol  will continue to be
lit up until the door is closed.
