you are inside a building,
move closer to a window.
Contact your service
provider. If the service
provider provides the
micro-SIM card‟s PUK code,
use the PUK code to unlock
the micro-SIM card.
Move closer to the Wi-Fi
hotspot or a location where
is no obstacle between Spro
2 and the hotspot.
Uninstall the software that
may cause the problem.
Upgrade Spro 2‟s software.
