Installing the Fuse
No Parts Required
Procedure
Your machine comes with a 40-amp fuse that protects the
electric starter.
Important: You cannot start the machine with the
electric starter or charge the battery unless you install
the fuse.
1. Remove the battery cover and the battery and locate
the fuse holder (Figure 8).

2. Insert the fuse (from the loose parts bag) into the fuse
holder (Figure 9).
Note: Your machine comes with a fuse in the owner's
packet and another fuse in the battery box.
3. Install the battery and the battery cover.
