If you leave the key in the ignition switch, someone could accidently start the engine and seriously
injure you or other bystanders.
Remove the key from the ignition and disconnect the wire from the spark plug before you do any
maintenance. Set the wire aside so that it does not accidentally contact the spark plug.
Maintenance Procedure
• Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
• Check the brake operation
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Check the PTO belt tension.
• Torque wheel lug nuts
• Change the oil and oil filter.
• Check the brake operation
• Check the PTO belt tension.
• Check the engine oil.
• Clean debris off the screen and the radiator/oil cooler.
• Check the level of the hydraulic fluid.
• Check the screen and radiator
• Lubricate all bearings and bushings. (Lubricate all bearings and bushings daily when
conditions are dusty and dirty.)
• Check the electrolyte level. (If the machine is in storage, check the electrolyte level
every 30 days.)
• Change the oil and oil filter.
• Adjust the PTO Clutch
• Check the rear wheel toe-in.
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Check the PTO belt tension.
• Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
• Torque wheel lug nuts
• Inspect cooling system hoses
• Check rear wheel toe-in and steering linkage
• Service the air cleaner. (Service more frequently in extremely dusty or dirty
conditions.)
• Replace the fuel pre filter
• Check fuel lines and connections.
• Coat transmission bypass pins with grease
• Adjust valves and check engine RPM
• Replace the hydraulic oil.
• Replace moving hoses
• Coolant system-flush/replace fluid
