After preheating put in the centre of Wire shelf.
For first setting use Ø 18 cm tin, for second
setting use Ø 26 cm tin.

pizza tray, put 0.8-1.2kg on the square baking
(Universal) tray.
1 Put dough into black metal baking dish for 12
muffins.
1 Put 4 puff pastries in two rows on the baking
(universal) tray using baking paper. Use first
setting for 4 small puff pastries (0.2-0.3kg)
and second setting for 4 large puff pastries
(0.4-0.5kg).
