Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.

Clean and grease the shaft seal rings and bearing surface of spacing sleeves
Long-life grease (

Fit the spacing sleeves.

Clean and grease the thread of the wheel spindle and screw

Lift the front wheel into the fork, position it, and insert the wheel spindle. Mount and
tighten screw

Position the brake caliper and check that the brake linings are seated correctly.

Position the spacing sleeves

Always keep the brake discs free of oil and grease, and clean them with
brake cleaner when necessary.
