Removing the centrifugal force clutch

0.5 mm (0.02 in) must always be fitted.
If you fit washer
If you remove washer

Assemble the centrifugal clutch.

Install the centrifugal force clutch.
–
Check the clutch engagement speed.

Remove nut
–
Disconnect spring
–
Take off the foot brake lever.

Lay the motorcycle on its side.

Remove screws
–
Take off the clutch cover.

Hold the clutch drum with the special tool
Holding spanner (54629012100)
–
Remove screw
–
Take off the clutch cover.

Take off the centrifugal clutch
