Storing Preset
In Mac OS X v10.1, you can store settings for one print job only. If you store the
settings again, the previously stored settings are deleted and the current settings are
stored.
In Mac OS X v10.2 or later, you can use the Save As item on the Preset menu to save
settings under a name of your choosing. If you select Save from the Preset menu, the
current settings will be saved under the currently selected setting name.

Open the Print dialog box from the software application.
2 Complete the required settings to print on each menu.
3 After completing the settings in Mac OS X v10.1, from the menu select Save
Custom Setting. If you are using Mac OS X v10.2 or later, from the Preset menu
select Save, or Save As and then enter the new name.
