Paper or Media Misfeeds
Make sure the supply source is loaded
If the cassette is empty, load it with paper.
Check the printer for a jam
When a paper jam occurs, the paper jam message is displayed on the operation panel of
the printer. For details about how to remove a paper jam, see the User's Guide.
Check the Roll Paper
Paper does not feed, or may misfeed, if the roll paper is not set correctly.
Make sure that the correct printer is selected
Select this printer from the Printer menu in the print dialog box.
