The fuel flows from the tank (1) via a coarse filter (2) the fire cock
(3) and fine filter (4) to the mechanical fuel pump (5). From the
pump fuel passes on via the fuel manifold (6) to the two carbure-
tors.
Via the return line surplus fuel flows back to the fuel tank and suc-
tion side of fuel system.
NOTE: The returnline serves to avoid formation of va-
pour lock.
