After pausing and stopping the recording, save the log by pressing
[START]. If you do not want to save the log, press [LIGHT]. If you do
not save the log, you can still view the log summary after pressing
[LIGHT], but the log is not stored in the logbook for later viewing.

3.18.3 During a recording

As soon as the recording starts, you can access additional displays
that show different information related to your activity. With the
default sport mode in Suunto Traverse, you see three displays in
addition to the standard time, alti-baro and compass displays:
one display showing chronograph, distance and speed
one display showing your current direction of travel and a
breadcrumb trail of where you have been (hidden if no GPS fix is
acquired)
one display showing heart rate (hidden if no heart rate sensor is
paired)
In Movescount you can create additional sport modes and configure
additional displays shown during recording. See

Displays containing heart rate information are only visible if a heart
rate sensor is paired. See
