Micro Thread Control (mtc)
This machine is equipped with a patented fine tuning feature called mtc.
This will help you to get easier control of your seam quality, with less effort.
For threading the machine to any stitch configuration always adjust mtc to the
neutral position (N).
After a good setting for cutting width and individual thread tension balance was
found proceed with a sewing test.
Using mtc you may now fine tune the amount of the overedge thread.
(A) If the thread is loose around the edge turn the mtc lever towards Min.
(B) If the thread is tight and curls up the fabric turn the mtc lever towards Max.
Note: mtc is most effective for seam width 5 - 7 mm (Cutting Width position 1-3)
For seam width of 7-9mm the adjustment range is limited.

Para anchuras de 7 a 9 mm está limitada la regulación.

der Stoff in der Naht rollt.
Hinweis: Die mtc Fadenkontrolle ist am wirkungsvollsten im Bereich der Schnittb-
reiten von 5 - 7mm (Einstellung 1 - 3)
Für Schnittbreiten 7 - 9 mm ist der Einstellbereich begrenzt.

Cette machine est équipée d'une fonction brevetée de microcontrôle du fil mtc qui
est destinée à vous faciliter le contrôle de la couture.
Avant de commencer votre travail, réglez le mtc sur sa position neutre (N).
Après le réglage de la position du couteau et de la tension du fil, effectuez une
couture d'essai.
La fonction mtc vous permet d'effectue un réglage fin.
(A) Si le fil est relâché, tournez le mtc sur min.
(B) Si le fil est trop tendu, tournez le mtc sur max.
Remarque: le mtc est parfaitement réglé pour les coutures de 5 à 7 mm de large
(position de coupe 1-3). Le réglage sera moins précis pour les coutures de 7 à 9
mm de large.
