12. PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

PROBLEM
1. No start
2. The motor barely rotates
3. The motor stops
suddenly
4. Excessive vibrations
5. Loss or slowing of
thrown snow
6. The snow thrower
leaves a light layer of
snow on the ground
If problems persist after having performed the above operations, contact your dealer.
PROBABLE CAUSE
Battery is not inserted or is inserted
incorrectly
Overload protection activated
The auger is on and the motor cannot start. Immediately release the start
Auger or discharge chute
obstructed, blocked by obstacles or
damaged.
The capacitor is faulty.
Electric part malfunction
Overload protection activated
Loose parts or auger or rotor damaged.
Handle not correctly positioned.
Blocked discharge chute.
Auger blocked.
Auger blade worn

REMEDY
Check that the battery is correctly inserted
Wait a few seconds for automatic reset.
control and remove the obstacle.
Try and switch on again.
Clean the auger and chute. Remove any
dirt or foreign bodies. Replace if damaged.
Call assistance or the dealer.
Call assistance or the dealer.
Wait 10 minutes and try again.
Tighten all the fastening devices.
Replace the damaged parts in the
authorised assistance centre.
Ensure the handle is
fastened in its position.
Clean the discharge chute.
Remove any dirt or foreign
