Alert Service.
Each item is explained as follows:

1. Click the SMS Provider tab, and click the number (e.g., #1) under Index column for
configuration in details.

Description
Clear all of the settings and return to factory default
settings.
Display the profile number that you can configure.
Display the name for such SMS profile.
Display the service provider which offers SMS service.
