copy of the form can be used for six months (26 weeks). When maintenance is performed, write the date in the ap-
propriate spaces. Make sure to perform each maintenance procedure as described on pages 27 and 28. If
the procedures are not performed as described, components may wear excessively, and the INCLINE
TRAINER may be damaged. Note: An additional copy of this form is found on page 30.
