6.6.3 Setting the Dotsize

The dotsize parameter is a positive integer that determines the size of the
smallest output dot (in pixels) in rendered images.
A dotsize value of 1 or 2 produces the best rendered images. When the device
can faithfully display isolated black and white dots, use a dotsize value of 1.
When the device cannot faithfully display isolated black and white dots, use a
dotsize value of 2.
A larger dotsize value increases the speed at which images are rendered, but it
does so at the expense of image quality. A large dotsize value may be useful in
draft mode. A quality draft is produced by a smaller dotsize at a slower speed.

6.7 Setting Up DECimage for Special Effects

You can create individual DECimage setup modules for special effects, such as:
Contrast
Sharpness
Resolution
