- Page 5 Step 3 Slide rear struts onto the ends of the rear axle assembly. Rear Frame Step 4 FRONT The rear axle attaches to the rear section of the OF TUB rear frame. Double check the rear frame placement before assembling to the tub. As shown in Figure 1 , the side holes on the rear frame must be towards the front of the bed.
- Page 6 Step 4 M8x25 button Attach the rear axle assembly with head bolt rear struts and the rear frame to the tub using M8x25 internal button head bolts (5), M8x20 internal button head bolt (1), M8 flat washers (12), and M8 lock nuts (6).
- Page 7 Step 6 Attach the lock assembly to the tub using M8x20 internal button head bolts (3), M8 flat washers (6) and M8 lock nuts (3). If the lock does not engage when you lower the cart, please double check the placement of the rear frame in Step 4.
- Page 8 Using the Dumping Feature To operate the dumping feature, pull the dumping release handle outward to release the plastic bed from the locking mechanism. Lift up the release handle to rotate cart upward into the dumping position. Returning the Plastic Bed to the Lowered Position Rotate the plastic bed back down to the lowered position.
