5 Mounting the Print Server

The print server allows to connect up to four printers or plotters.
1. Connect the print server to the printer
• Turn the printer off.
• Disconnect the printer's power cord.
• Remove the data cable connecting the printer to the computer.
• Connect the data cable to the box port.
2. Connect the print server to the network
• Connect the network cable to the print server.
• Connect the print server's power cord to the print server.
• Turn the print server on.
• Connect the printer's power cord to the printer.
• Turn the printer on.
• Press the status button in order to print out a status page.
