Almond-Cocoa Protein Shake

A great way to treat yourself, and your body, after a hard workout
is with a protein-rich shake. This one contains only a few
ingredients, with just a hint of sweetness.
Makes about 3 cups (750 ml)

cups (500 ml) almond milk

tablespoon (15 ml) agave nectar (optional)

tablespoons (30 ml) cocoa powder

tablespoons (30 ml) almond butter

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender
jar. Secure lid.
2. Select High and blend until completely smooth, about 1
minute.
3. Serve immediately.

jar. Secure lid.
2. Select the Smoothie function to blend.
3. Serve immediately.
