Packed with vitamins, butternut squash is sure to become one of
baby's favourites.
Makes about 2 cups (500 ml)

cups (1 L) cubed butternut squash
[about 1 pound (454 g)]
1. Steam butternut squash until completely fork tender,
approximately 15 to 20 minutes in a stovetop steamer.
2. Put the steamed squash into the blender jar with 3 tablespoons
(45 ml) of steaming liquid.
3. Select Low and blend until completely smooth, about
2 minutes.
