Next steps
1.
If applicable, install the memory module.
2.
Install the following:
a.
hard drive/SSD cage
b.
hard drive/SSD backplane
c.
hard drive/SSD
3.
Follow the procedure listed in
4.
Enter System Setup to confirm that the battery is operating properly.
5.
Enter the correct time and date in the System Setup's Time and Date fields.
6.
Exit System Setup.
7.
To test the newly installed battery, remove the sled for at least an hour.
8.
Reinstall the sled after an hour.
9.
Enter System Setup and if the time and date are still incorrect, see
