Symptom
"Air Sensor"

Is there anything nearby that the
odor sensor might detect?
Any appliance generating combustion gas
Alcohol, cosmetics, sprays, etc.
Is the odor sensor hole blocked
by dust or other obstacles ?
Is there water in the water tank?
Is the operation in any of "Air Purify",
"Pollen" or "Strong Deodorization" mode?
Is the humidifying filter dirty?
Is the airflow rate set to "Auto"?
Is the pre-filter or the filter
dirty?
Is the humidifying filter set
properly, or is it dirty?
Is there water in the water tank
and water tray?
Is the humidifying filter wet with
water?
Is the water tank set correctly?
Is the tank cap closed firmly, or is
the tank cap packing set securely?
Is the water tray cover closed
properly?
Is the humidifying filter set
securely?
Is the unit tilted, or was it
carried with water in the tank?
Is there any opening in the
water tank or water tray?
Is there any leakage from the
water tank?
Has the dimmer control been
activated?
Was the reset button pressed
after cleaning?

Solution
The Purifier may detect components of
invisible gas that cannot be cleaned by the
filter and continue operation. Ventilate the
room by opening windows, etc.
Clean the odor sensor.
Fill the water tank with water.
Change the operation mode to "Humidify" or "
Skin Moisturize" mode.
Clean or replace the humidifying filter,
referring to the "Humidifying Filter" in "
Cleaning".
Depending on the installation location and
conditions of use, water may not be consumed.
Set the operation mode to "Skin Moisturize"
and the airflow rate to "High" or "Max".
Clean the pre-filter, referring to the
"Pre-filter" in "Cleaning".
Set the humidifying filter correctly. If it is
dirty, clean or replace it.
Discharge water and then operate.
Drain the humidifying filter.
Set the water tank correctly.
Close the tank cap firmly.
Close the water tray cover correctly.
Set the humidifying filter securely.
Place the unit on a level, stable surface. Avoid
carrying the unit with water in the tank.
Stop using the unit immediately and
contact your dealer for repairs.

Cancel the dimmer control setting.
Press the reset button.
