Pre-filter
To clean the pre-filter, follow the steps below.
Remove the water tank, and then pull out the water tray.
(This is to prevent water leakage.)
When you remove the tank, water may drip from the tank cap. Lay a dry cloth
CAUTION
before removing the water tank.
Remove the panel and pre-filter.
Clean the filters.
Pre-filter
Remove dust with a vacuum cleaner etc.
Lightly apply the nozzle brush of the vacuum cleaner
and suck up the dust.
If heavily soiled, do not apply strong force but wash
with water using a commercially available soft sponge,
drain sufficiently and dry in the shade with a breeze.
CAUTION
Strongly rubbing with a floor nozzle of a vacuum
cleaner or a scourer will cause the stainless
coating on the surface to come off.
Do not use detergent (for kitchen, washing, etc.).
Dust collection/deodorization filter
If you are concerned about dust on the
deodorization and dust collection filters,
remove it with a vacuum cleaner and so on.
Lightly apply the nozzle brush of the vacuum
cleaner and suck up the dust.
Attach the deodorization and dust collection filters.
Attach the pre-filter and panel to the body.
Install the water tray, and then mount the water tank.
The pre-filter is a consumable part.
When pre-filter needs to be replaced due to damage, purchase the replacement part (Part No. EP-JV1000-002).
