peach sherbet
1 cup (240 ml) low fat milk
1 pound (454 g) frozen unsweetened
peach slices
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar or other
sweetener, to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
program: Frozen Desserts • yield: 3 cups (720 ml)

Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix
container in the order listed and secure lid.

Select Frozen Desserts program.
3.
Press Start.
4.
Use tamper to press ingredients into
the blades.

Allow machine to complete
programmed cycle.
