【J-3】Installing the Stop Rail Arm and the Stop Rail
Assembling.Instruction
1. Insert stop rail arm assy ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ to the muffler arm bush of stop rail bracket.
(See Detail D)
＊.Deploy.the.②.③.④.⑤.⑥.assys.as.shown.in.the.drawing..
＊.Nip.the.drive.rod.pin.with.the.bent.part.of.stop.rail.arm.as.shown.in.the.drawing.left.
2. Fasten Stop rail arm bind fittings ⑪ on Stop rail arm (2) L assy ④ and Stop rail arm (2) R assy ⑤
with one screw ⑫ ⑬ each, then join the ④ and ⑤ .
＊.Apply.the.screws.⑫.⑬.as.shown.in.the.drawing.
3. Tighten the fixed screw of Shank stop rail assy ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ with the height adjust screw (socket) of
stop rail arm assy ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ , and fasten them together. (See Detail E)
＊.When.tightening.the.screw,.rotate.it.three.times.per.piece.in.turn.
