3 Hang-up or press release / goodbye button to end
CONFERENCE
Establish a 3 Party Conference Call
1. Make or answer the first call.
2. Put the first call on hold.
3. Make or Answer the second call
4. After the second call is connected, Press the Conference button
5. Press intercom button of the first held call.
6. Hang-up or press Release / Goodbye button to end conference call.
To remove yourself from a conference permanently (unsupervised conference):
1. Press the Transfer button, the other two callers remain connected.
To put a conference on Hold:
1. Press the HOLD button. The other two callers can still talk to each other.
Establish a Multi-party Conference (4 or More people)
1. Follow the steps to establish a 3 party conference call
2. Press the Newcall softkey below the screen
3. After the fourth call is answered, Press the Conference button and press the held line
4. Put the fourth call on hold and repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more calls to the conference
5. Press the Hang-up or press Release / Goodbye button to end the conference call
Call Forward
1. Press CALL FWD button enter extension to where you want all of your calls to go
2. Press CANCEL button to end the call forwarding
