- Immerse the dirty parts of the tool in hot water.

A F T E R U S E
- Remove the mixer or whisk equipment from the motor assembly
(refer §3.4).
1 ) R e m o v e t h e M i x e r e q u i p m e n t c o m p l e t e l y :
- Push the shaft firmly on the coupling side so as to unclip the
assembly.
This should be dismantled over a table or a stable sup-
port so as to avoid injury when the shaft and the cutter
come out.
- Tap the non-cutting side of the cutter blade lightly using the
upper part of the tube to unscrew the cutter without injury.

- Do not immerse the Whisk or Mixer equipment.
- Do not clean the bearing bush and shaft of the Mixer or
the Whisk geared reducer in a dishwasher.

hot water and detergent - degreaser - disinfectant compatible
with the equipment materials or in a dishwasher.
To prevent damage to the plastic parts, after putting them
through a dishwasher wait for them to return to room tem-
perature before doing anything with them

• Choose a place that is easily accessible to attach the wall
support (screws and rawl plugs not supplied).
- After cleaning, hang the motor unit and the Mixer and Whisk
equipment on the wall support.

• The machine is plugged in.
• The electrical power supply to the socket is correct.
- The operator has pressed the two START buttons simultaneously.
• If low speed cannot be selected (BERMIXER only), check the
condition of the carbon brushes of the motor and change if
necessary, by removing the motor unit (see §6.1).
• If variable low speed (BERMIXER only) or high speed cannot
be selected, check that the variator is not defective (see §6.1).

• Stop and unplug the machine.
• Check the condition of the Mixer on a regular basis:
- If when operating there are vibrations, play in the shaft, wear
in the bearings or the shaft is out of true.

- Start it up for a few seconds and the tool will be cleaned
automatically.

- Rinse the various parts in clean water and leave them to dry
before sterilizing them.
- If necessary, wipe the motor assembly. Under no circumstan-
ces must drops of water be allowed to enter into the motor
assembly.
b ) S t e r i l i z a t i o n
T u b e :
After cleaning and each time before use, the lower bearing bush
must be removed for sterilization.
The parts to be sterilized are those in contact with the foods-

tuffs :
- the blade, (3),
- the sub-assembly (4) - not dismantled,
- the tube (5),

Sterilization must be performed with equipment suited to this
purpose (UV, ozone, etc.) in accordance with the manufactu-
rer's instructions.

- Handle the machine carefully and avoid dropping or
banging it.
